Our On Demand Turnaround Service provides our business partners with a competitive edge. Simply tell us when you need the appraisal and we will deliver it to you by your due date.
On Demand is not available to the general public, it is a free service reserved for financial institutions, attorneys and others who use CDL as their primary source of residential appraisal services.
If for any reason we discover that we cannot meet your “need by” specified date, we will notify you immediately so other arrangements can be made.
